The Aquafins Aquatic Exercise Kit will introduce you to a whole new way to work out in the water. The force produced by the Aquafins is dependent on several variables. The amount of drag determines the force. The more surface area of the fins in contact with the water, the more resistance. Therefore, changing the orientation of the fins will change the drag.
