Arrived by USPS - no hassle with need to sign for anything - and revived my phone.
 Bait and Switch September 1, 2008
I contacted the company by email beforehand to be sure I would get the specific model battery and that it was new merchandise in a sealed package (I know this is how new product is delivered by experience). I received a USED battery. I called the company and they told me they did not have new batteries in sealed packages. I told them it was USED, I could tell by the shiny plastic covering showing wear and the gold metal contacts showed wear when inspected with a magnifying glass. When I said I would contact Amazon he said he would refund my money because he was "out of new batteries just now" and didn't want any trouble. It was a plain bait and switch scheme. It was an irritating experience and a waste of my time.

The battrey was new as expected and cheaper than other retail stores. Delivery was faster than what was promised on the order. I'm very happy with seller.

Repeat, don't buy this item. Go to Motorola and buy a real battery that will actually work. I could not give it zero stars.
